Position Overview:

Due to our continued success, we are seeking to recruit a Facebook Ads Specialist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to join Heath Media at a pivotal stage of our journey as a leading Social Media Marketing Agency.

We are looking for experienced candidates who are flexible, hard-working, proactive and have a professional approach to their work. Attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude will also be required to ensure we deliver the best possible results.

The option to work from home, for an agreed amount of days, may be available once the initial training and probation period have been completed.

Roles and Responsibilities 👇:

  • Manage clients and their advertising campaigns.
  • Initial set up of Facebook & Instagram Ad campaigns for new clients.
  • Day-to-day management of ad accounts.
  • Daily reviewing and optimising of existing campaigns.
  • Regularly meet with clients to provide detailed weekly reports and updates.
  • Daily communication with clients via virtual workspace apps, such as Slack and regular meetings and calls via Zoom.
  • Writing social media ad copy.
  • Proactively engage in strategic account planning and customer success issue resolution.
  • Troubleshooting issues in a timely manner.
  • Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with large, complex organisations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Management, Creative, Billing, and Efficiency, to ensure an exceptional client experience.
  • Identify service opportunities and work closely with the sales team to capitalise on them.
  • Maintain a keen understanding of the Heath Media product offerings and updates.
  • Uphold the values of Heath Media in all interactions and decision-making processes.
